Chamberlin House Rentals

Built in 1880 using Sears-Roebuck plans, Chamberlin House is a fine example of late Victorian architecture that lends its notable presence to downtown Concord. The house has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982.

The building and its furnishings were given to the Woman's Club in 1919 by one of its first members, Nellie Chamberlin. Since that time the house has been cared for with loving attention by the members of the club. The period details - including a semicircular stained glass window, a carved staircase and a tiled fireplace in the foyer - provide an ambiance not found in modern homes.

The large first floor is available for event rentals for gatherings of up to 100 people. It has been used for all kinds of functions from wedding and baby showers to business and sales meetings, office retreats and socials.

The home has three bedrooms on the second floor that are rented to female tenants.
