The garage rental rate is $75/month, payable by the quarter, with payment due the first month of every quarter.

There are six parking spaces outside the garage. Three of these spaces are dedicated to house residents at the rate of $20/month, payable with the monthly room rent.

The other three spaces are available to Concord residents. The rate is $50/month, payable by the quarter, with payment due the first month of every quarter.
